RESEARCH

Whether engaging in tactical design evaluation or more strategic UX research, I strive to holistically understand the problem space and users' mental models and journeys.

Will an unmet need be discovered in user interviews or through surveys? Can we bridge a gap in the jobs to be done to help users better accomplish their goals?

Revealing that elusive insight nugget or validating a hyposthesis through research is both satisfying and impactful.
